We collect it so we can respond to you and build and manage your website and Google Business Profile.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this website and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies and records information such as approximate location, device type, referring website, and pages viewed. We use it in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify individuals. Our hosting also keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

• To manage your Google Business Profile with your permission.

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file storage. Access is limited to Always Online staff who need it, protected by authentication. Credentials for third-party services are held server-side and never exposed in the website code.

How long we keep it

We keep member records for as long as your membership is active, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, billing, and record-keeping purposes. Applications that do not become memberships are removed once they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
