The membership

The Always Online membership is $55 per month and includes your website design and build, hosting, SSL security, domain management, unlimited website updates, monitoring and maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization and management, review support, SEO fundamentals, contact forms, call buttons, and booking links.

Free trial

New members start with a 30 day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. Monthly billing starts after the trial period unless you tell us not to continue.

Term and cancellation

The membership includes a 6 month minimum commitment. After the first six months you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. When a cancellation takes effect, hosting, management, updates, support, and other membership services end. Your domain remains yours.

Your domain and your content

Your domain always belongs to your business, even when we register or manage it for you. The text, photos, and logos you send us remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to build and operate your website and your Google Business Profile. You confirm you have the right to use the material you send us.

What we ask of you

• Give us accurate business information, including hours, services, and prices.
• Tell us promptly when that information changes.
• Do not ask us to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Grant the access we need to manage your Google Business Profile.

Updates and response times

Website updates are included with no per-change fee. Most updates are completed within a few hours during business days, and urgent information changes such as hours or closures are prioritized. Very large projects, such as a full rebuild or a new online store, are scheduled with you.

Search rankings

We apply SEO fundamentals and keep your business information consistent, but no one can guarantee a specific position in Google results. We do not promise rankings, traffic volumes, or sales.

Availability

We work to keep your site online and monitored continuously. Brief interruptions can happen during maintenance or through a third-party provider, and we act to restore service as quickly as possible.

Payments

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails, we will contact you before any service is paused.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
